1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MamaStoria ("Platform," "Service," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

MamaStoria is an AI-powered storytelling and comic creation platform that enables users to create, publish, and monetize creative content using artificial intelligence technology.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use MamaStoria. Users between 13-17 years old must have parental or guardian consent. By using this Service, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

Mature Content: Some content on our Platform may be marked as mature or age-restricted. You acknowledge that you are responsible for following age gates and content warnings. Creators must accurately label mature content per our Content Guidelines.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. User Roles: Readers & Creators

Readers can browse, read, and interact with content. Readers may unlock premium episodes using credits or the "Wait Until Free" (WUF) model.

Creators can publish original stories and comics. Creators grant MamaStoria a license to host and distribute their work and consent to AI processing for platform operations (formatting, recommendations, quality control).

5. Content Rules & Prohibited Content

Users must not upload, publish, or share content that:

• Violates intellectual property rights of others
• Contains illegal material or promotes illegal activities
• Is hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence
• Contains sexual exploitation of minors (zero tolerance)
• Harasses, threatens, or doxxes individuals
• Spreads misinformation or impersonates others
• Contains malware, spam, or phishing attempts

Mature content (violence, sexual themes) is permitted if properly labeled. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual Property & Content License

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to content you create and publish on MamaStoria. However, by publishing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Host, store, and display your content on our Platform
• Distribute your content to readers globally
• Process your content using AI for formatting, recommendations, and quality assurance
• Create promotional materials featuring your content (with attribution)
• Modify formatting or presentation to ensure platform compatibility

AI-Generated Content: Content created using our AI tools is subject to our AI Usage Disclaimer. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before publication.

Platform Content: All MamaStoria branding, software, features, and non-user content are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. Credits, WUF Model & Monetization

Credit System: Users can purchase credits to unlock premium episodes. Credits are non-refundable except as required by law or in cases of technical error.

Wait Until Free (WUF): Premium episodes become free after a waiting period set by the creator. This model balances creator revenue with reader accessibility.

Creator Earnings: Eligible creators earn revenue from:

• Episode unlocks (credit purchases)
• Ad revenue sharing (where applicable)
• Platform bonuses and incentives

Payout Terms: Earnings must meet minimum thresholds. Payments are processed monthly via supported payment methods. We reserve the right to withhold payments for policy violations or fraudulent activity.

Refund Policy: Credit purchases are generally non-refundable. Refund requests are evaluated case-by-case for technical errors or unauthorized transactions within 14 days of purchase.

8. Content Moderation & Removal Rights

MamaStoria reserves the right to:

• Review and moderate all content before or after publication
• Remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice
• Suspend or terminate accounts for repeated violations
• Restrict content visibility or monetization features
• Cooperate with law enforcement investigations

We use a combination of automated systems and human review. Appeals can be submitted to admin@mamastoria.com.

9. Limitation of Liability

MamaStoria is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not liable for user-generated content
• We are not responsible for losses due to AI inaccuracies
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months

10. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination:

• Your content may remain visible unless you request deletion
• Unused credits are forfeited (non-refundable)
• Pending earnings are paid if they meet minimum thresholds

We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for prolonged inactivity (with notice).

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via:

• Email notification to registered users
• In-app notification
• Updated "Last Modified" date on this page

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by international best practices and applicable local laws where you reside. Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
